Most connection problems are temporary. Try the focused checks below, then send a useful report if the problem continues.
Never shareyour reconnect token, private browser storage, or another player's hidden cards in a public issue.
Quick fixes
- Wait up to 75 seconds on the first room action while the free game server wakes.
- Confirm the five-character room code and that the host has not removed your seat.
- After a refresh or network drop, return within 100 seconds on the same device.
- Disable a VPN or strict network filter temporarily if WebSocket connections fail.
- On Android, update to the build shown on the official Android page.
Android installation
Android may warn that the APK came from outside the Play Store. That is expected for the current preview. Download only from this site, allow installation for the browser or file manager you used, install the APK, then turn that permission off again. Preview links can expire; check the Android page for the current status.
Report a reproducible bug
Include:
- browser or Android device and OS version;
- the approximate time and room code;
- exact steps that caused the problem;
- what you expected and what happened instead; and
- a screenshot or short recording with private information hidden.
